Top KPIs to Watch in Real Estate Investing
Can you talk about maybe your top five KPIs you’re watching when you’re managing the asset? The first KPI I’m watching is the investor return, the cash flow. So most people think of NOI first, but to me, the cash flow tells the whole story. Number two is I’m looking at my NOI. And number three is I’m looking at all my below the line expenses. I do look at occupancy and delinquency trends, but in terms of if I’m only able to get three statistics or three data points and I have to govern decisions off of them, those would be the three data points I would look at.
