Courntey is also no stranger to the oil patch. She was born and raised to a petroleum engineer in the Permian Basin, where most of her family was involved in the oil field in some aspect. Courtney served in the United States Navy from 1999 until 2005 as an aviation electronics technician stationed at NAS Coronado and aboard the USS Nimitz CVN-68. Upon honorable discharge, she returned to West Texas and sold real estate for several years. For the past 10 years, Courtney has been involved in investing, exploration, and drilling of over 60 wells throughout Texas. Courtney is a General Partner with EMPR Investment Group, Bitcoin Mining Womxn and Co-Host of the Vodcast, Ladies Kickin Assets. She is heavily involved in the blockchain space, including bitcoin mining, trading and tokenization.
